Sometimes, when you use NFC for transit, unintended payment service in Tap & pay make it not works.
Even though you are not user of NFC, sort of payment app bother you with sort of overflow notification.
At that time you just install this application and change default setting in Tap & pay.

This application does not have any activity or any background service.
It just register fake payment to avoid situation that bother user.
Even you can't find icon in your application menu or launcher.
