NICDO promotes activity in the fields of culture, sports, leisure and meeting tourism, causing a positive impact on people, on the economy of Navarra and on the image of the community abroad. It does so especially from its headquarters in Baluarte, Navarra Arena, Pamplona Planetarium, Larra-Belagua and Filmoteca de Navarra, but also through service to the audiovisual and music sectors of Navarra and the programming of its own festivals.
