ND24 Stamps Smart lets you transform your smartphone into a Time & Attendance and declaration committed.
Is the ideal solution to manage the presence of mobile staff, such as maintenance technicians or staff seconded for a given period at customer sites and suppliers, or construction sites.
Once logged in, taking advantage of the GPS tracking, shows all the points stamping available at the place where the user is located, with the ability to stamp incoming and outgoing presence through the simple push of a button (Screenshot 1) . The stamping is guaranteed even in the absence of Internet connectivity (Screenshot 2) or GPS (Screenshot 3): in these cases, you can enter a note and stamping will be subject to approval by the management software ND24.
Stamping with ND24 Smart is also possible to declare the activity, managing clocking exchange contract (Screenshot 4) than those of fiscal presence.
