My Locations APP
My Locations allows you to save and search for your favorite places by also combining some photos.
It can be useful for multiple uses:
- Save the places you visit with notes and photos.
-Save the location where you parked your car, or that of a store, a restaurant, a museum or more while you are visiting a city and then return easily.
- Plan future tourist or business trips to new cities or countries by exploring them through Street View and road map saving in advance the position of those of your interest.
My Locations is divided into four main screens for a better organization of the main features available:
1) Current Position:
here with a click you can save latitude, longitude, address, date and match some notes and some photos. If you wish, everything can be done with a small animation that you can remove in the settings. From here you can also share your position on the map.
2) My Locations:
a list of your saved places that presents for each place
- A thumbnail photo you saved for that place. Clicking on the thumbnail access the sequence of images you have saved for that place and for each you can share it, delete it or set it as a favorite (it will be the thumbnail) among the saved photos of that place.
- Date, title ,, latitude, longitude, address.
-Menu to see in Street View the place, to delete it, to change the title and add photos, to open with a click the direction to this place with Google Map.
- Icon to access the notes you have written.
The search function by name of the places on the list is also present.
3) Search for places:
A screen that offers you two ways to search for places.
- Search through a lens icon with which you can search for locations around the world.
- Search by moving the map and through the viewfinder, which updates the coordinates in real time, accurately identify the desired position.
In both modes you can save the identified location or you can see the place in Street View mode.
4) Website.
Other characteristics:
- Activate or deactivate an animation with sound alert before saving the current position.
- Share individual photos.
- Add, delete, rotate images of your places.
- Backup function with export / import into the sd card.
- Set the type of preferred map (Road, Satellite, Terrena and Hybrid).
- Set the position update interval.
- Set the map zoom.
- Translated into English for non-Italian devices.
