With the Durlem app, you can :

For the Vi Mini-Maxi range

• see if your watersoftener is in “softening” or “in regeneration” mode
• see if your softener is online or offline
• see the remaining capacity of softened water before the next regeneration
• see the volume of water treated since the last regeneration (*)
• subscribe to a maintenance contract and access the after-sales service
• be informed of your softener’s configuration settings
• activate holiday mode: this mode allows the watersoftener to be shut down for a certain period
• see if the watersoftener needs salt with an alarm
• be informed of the watersoftener maintenance by an alarm and be able to schedule an appointment for maintenance
• be informed of a water leak in the sanitary installation
• request notifications in the notification strip of your smartphone and/or by email at the level of alerts
• be in contact with Durlem to request maintenance or repairs
• list your sanitary installer
• add an email address for email notifications (example: owner-tenant)
• see the quality of the network signal and the name of the network to which the watersoftener is linked (*)
• reset the wifi network to which the watersoftener is linked (*)

For the Vi50-30-50DUO Connect range (**)

• see if the memory battery is low with an alarm
