My Academic Diary

My Academic Diary provides a platform for University students to manage the following things in the application such as:
* Students will be able to set a goal for their degree
* This goal is then used to track their progress in each subject.
* Students will be able to breakdown tasks into the stages.
Note: Stages could be multiple.
* Students will be able to record the results for a task
* Students will be able to view progress of each semester and their subjects.
Note: Progress will show a percentage graph like as:
a) Graph with Red colour indicates if goal is behind.
b) Graph with Green colour indicates if goal is being met.
