MPLA supervision

Application for checking the payment of parking fees in on-street and off-street modes.


The application is intended for employees of municipal authorities, municipal police and the operation of commercial parking lots with a barrier-free system. The application is integrated into the open MPLA platform providing digitization of city parking systems.


The application uses an advanced system for recognizing registration plates through the camera of a mobile phone and immediately informs on the screen whether the downloaded registration plate has paid parking. When loading a number with a long-term parking permit, the application displays all areas for which the number has a valid permit.
