The application provides citizens with the possibility to report a case anonymously to the police. The report is supplied with a photograph or a video from the cell phone camera or memory. The photograph or the video may be accompanied by a more detailed description of the report.
If the cell phone sensor provides for the location, the latter will be sent together with the report.

Internet access is mandatory in order for the report to be sent.

The reports sent are stored in the cell phone and their status can be tracked via the application.
