Mobilic

Mobilic is the digital service developed by the Ministry in charge of Transport which replaces the individual control book (LIC) for monitoring working time in light road transport and moving.

Mobilic is aimed at drivers of road transport companies who use light commercial vehicles (LCV, <3.5T), and other driving staff who are subject to LIC in accordance with articles R. 3312-19, 2 ° and R. 3312 -58, 2 ° of the transport code: moving, courier, express freight, passenger transport.

Mobilic is a state digital service incubated at the Digital Factory of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, member of the beta.gouv.fr network of incubators.
