- Submit work orders directly to Dorm Management
- Access how-to videos for self help maintenance such as plunging a toilet, changing an air filter, etc.
- Notified of any upcoming scheduled maintenance
- Notified on processes on what to do if you lock yourself out of your room or lose your key
