We will be listing our latest properties on our website www.merasapna.in.
The property will be transferred to the winner free of stamp duty and legal fees, which shall be borne by us – We will be covering all the costs associated with acquiring the property – no catch, no gimmicks!
The closing date for our competition will be available on our website. The winner of the competition will be drawn electronically and in the presence of a renowned dignitary and a legal professional. The winner will be contacted on day of the draw by email and telephone.
In order to transfer the property, we need to sell around 15,000 tickets to cover the property’s cost, including the legal fees and the stamp tax. However, if this amount is not reached, the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead – still a life-changing amount of money! More details can be found in the Terms & Conditions.
Anyone of age of 18 years or more can enter the competition. Everyone who enters must answer a multiple-choice question.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION
All tickets will be emailed to Entrants. Ticket numbers will be randomly generated and will be alpha-numeric. Anyone not receiving their ticket within 24 hours of purchase should first check their Spam/Junk folders. If the ticket has still not arrived, they can email contact@merasapna.in to request a duplicate email.
THE DRAW
The closing date will be mentioned on our website and the prize draw will take place on the same day.
The winner will be drawn at random, in the presence of a renowned dignitary and a representative from the legal profession. The draw will be aired live on Instagram and Facebook and a video of the draw will be posted on our social media accounts. The winner will be contacted on the day of the draw and, once they have been notified, their name and county of residence will be displayed on the website and social media pages.
The intention is to sign over the deeds of the property within 6 weeks after the draw has closed.
