• Application, objection, lawsuit: you would like to file an application, but don't know exactly how? Would you like to lodge an objection? Would you like to know the current status of your procedure? Would you like to send us documents easily? All this is possible with "My SoVD".
• Our advice for you: Arrange a flexible consultation appointment. This can be done either in person at the SoVD advice center near you, conveniently via video from home or on the go, or by telephone.
• Your documents are sent safely and easily: Simply take a photo of the documents relating to your procedure and send them to us in compliance with data protection regulations. You can also transfer files that you have saved on your mobile phone in this way.
• Your message to us: Just send us a message quickly and easily - we'll be happy to answer your questions. You will also find mail from us in your SoVD messages, for example if we have questions about an ongoing procedure or if there is other important news.
• Video consultation: Would you like to speak directly to a SoVD consultant about your concerns, but cannot come to our consultation center? No problem! With our video consultation, you save yourself the hassle and still enjoy all the advantages of a face-to-face meeting. By the way: We can also submit applications for you and lodge an objection or complaint in this way without any problems.
