Maxi.az was first established on the basis of the Integral Plus store chain. Our company has been operating since 2006 and at the moment it is one of the largest distributors of electronics and household appliances in Azerbaijan. Our goal when establishing Maxi.az was to become the number one distributor of electronics and household appliances in the country and become the first in the country in terms of online sales. For this reason we decided to create a mobile application owned by Maxi.az. We effectively and efficiently carried out online sales on our website, and presented all purchased goods to our customers at their doors. However, we want to make the service we provide through the Mobile App even more effective, so there will be over 100,000 types of products in our Mobile App. Also, to ensure the Loyalty of our customers, we will have the ability to provide our customers with different features.In our Mobile App, our customers will be able to shop and earn with great pleasure. I would like to add that more than 60 brands of which we are official distributors, are sold in more than 5 stores throughout the country. Maxi.az also has a customer base of over 60,000 people. Also we at Maxi.az use Bitrix24 software to quickly and efficiently resolve customers' orders and maintain their loyalty. We have 187,000 followers on TikTok, 244,000 on Facebook and 140,000 on Instagram. Our monthly turnover is 266,000 manat. We have over 500,000 assortments of products available at the department store. Our customer satisfaction rating is 4.5 out of 5. To achieve this result, we conduct daily surveys based on purchases.
