Advance Attendance System (ADVAS), is an web based software solution developed by IGILE TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Gazipur, UP with an end-user android mobile application for marking attendance. The system uses on-device machine learning face recognition technology for marking attendance. We have customized our ADVAS product solution as per requirements of Mau District Administration, Mau, Government of UP. This technology allows government officers to mark their attendance for their duty at government offices. The system ensures that the employees are physically present at the office while marking attendance using GPS and face recognizing technology. Main advantage of this solution is that there is no need for any external hardware installation or setup. The employees can install the software on their mobile and mark attendance easily. Objective is to enable the District Administration team with a centralized system to collect Officers attendance of all government offices across their district. This data can be used by the district administration and stake-holders for analysis that can help in their management decisions and eventually to provide better services to the public.
