MahaJobs

MahaJobs is a joint initiative of the Industries Department, Labour Department and Skill Development Department of Government of Maharashtra to connect job seekers with employers. MahaJobs facilitates the industries to run their operations smoothly by providing workers with appropriate skill sets. It aims at the economic revival of the state from the industry perspective by addressing the need for skilled manpower. The MahaJobs mobile app is also created with the purpose to help the unemployed youth of Maharashtra state, with various skill sets, to find jobs and enable industries to function smoothly by overcoming the labour shortage. Our constant endeavor is to provide the job seekers and prospective employers the best of services. The objectives of the MahaJobs initiative are:
• To provide a single interface connecting job seekers and employers
• To bridge the gap between demand and supply of human resources across any skillset
• Enable industries to function seamlessly and recuperate from the impact of the pandemic
• To create a permanent mechanism for the skilled manpower of Maharashtra to get suitable employment in the Industries in Maharashtra.
