LiveCare

LiveCare is Viewcare's Provider app for the IT telehealth platform.

The provider can make a direct call to citizens and colleagues who are online and complete video calls.

The provider are also able to monitor one or more virtual waiting rooms and handle incoming calls from the citizens.

The provider can call other specialists to attend the conference, e.g. an interpreter, also the provider can divert calls to other waiting rooms or providers.
