Al Kalam Foundation The Qur'an Intelligent Institute is a foundation engaged in social, humanitarian and religious fields. Established since August 23, 2007 and obtained S.K. The Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with the number: AHU-0011817 AH.01.04 Year 2017 on August 3, 2017. During its journey, the Al Kalam Foundation, the Al-Qur'an Intelligent Institute, is better known as LCA. Starting the program in the field of religion, LCA launched the Smart Reading Al Qur'an (GENCAR) program.
GENCAR aims to invite people to pay attention to the Qur'an by carrying out the following activities:

The commitment to make the Muslim community free of illiteracy in the Qur'an requires seriousness in handling it. Among them, providing convenience for the community to get educational services to read the Qur'an, namely:

- There is no minimum limit on the number of participants
- The Koran teacher is assigned to each house/assembly
- Meeting frequency 8-10 times a month
- Various reading methods

Since the pilot project in Cilame Village until more than a decade, it has reached 55 villages/kelurahan in 8 sub-districts in Cimahi City and Kab. West Bandung.
