Sign up to be a requester or a helper! Instructions for both parties are listed below.
Requests can range from anything like picking up specific items at stores, to dropping off a package, to anything the requester may need. Essentially, this app is a catch-all.
It’s more specific than platforms like Facebook or Nextdoor, where requests may get lost in the feed, and more centralized than service-specific platforms such as grocery apps. Here, you can directly connect with local people who are willing to help and have one-on-one communication to find options that work for both.
Here’s how it works:

Create an account.
Select a city to track on the Profile page.
Create a post outlining the good or service you are requesting and your general location*.
Please keep posts to one request. If you have multiple requests, feel free to make seperate posts for all of them.
If anyone in the area is able to help, they will privately message you. Please coordinate the specifics (such as payment method or drop off location) in the private messages.
*Please do not include your address or other personal identifiers in the post.

Select a city to track on the Profile page.
Find a post that you think you would be of assistance for and message the requester. (For example, if you were planning on going to the store and see a request for an item you could grab while you were there from someone in your general location, message them.)
This platform is only used to connect community members who need help with those who can provide it. There is no fee for submitting a request and no payment for completing a request.
Transfers of money, locations for drop offs, and timeframes, etc. are to be decided between users through private messaging. We recommend non-touch transaction methods like CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. We also recommend drop-off methods to avoid physical interaction. Please make sure to sanitize all products and stay safe!
