How it's working?
• You report an observed problem (eg damaged pavement)
• The Website registers the Application and then sends it by e-mail to the competent territorial Office
• The Office takes action to service the Application, at which time the Service enables joint communication between residents and the office
• When the Office resolves the reported problem (eg the pavement is repaired), then you can close the Application
