K-Like is a simple mobile or web environment to assign "like" to anyone present in the organization with the style of social networks, so all members can see everything that happens.
It is great to vivify the community: it allows to assign likes to one or more people, on one or more skills, with different degrees of appreciation and a personalized comment.
It also allows you to give a like to an event in the stream created by other users to reinforce appreciation.
