Jan Samadhan app is developed for the easy implementation of The Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act,2015. By the use of this mobile app we can file a new complain or view the status of already filed complain. Apart form that the copy of act and rules is also available in the app. this app also provide facilities like access of call center and website details, FAQ's and have the facility to collect feedback from common public thus empowering them to have the easy interaction with the system made for them.
