The JaCA service will be available through a call, mobile application as well as website.We will employ the marginalised population of the city at the help centres for taking call and scheduling services.

User environment

Seekers: Someone you need a service or assistance for himself or someone he/she knows
User: Someone who will be using the services provided through JaCA
Social warrior: Youth employed by JaCA to provide services as well as facilitate services

A mobile application that can be used through a simple smartphone for seekers/users. IN this case, a user will need a reliable internet connection. The user needs to subscribe to our service through this mobile application and create their requirement within the application. Our system will match them with a social warrior/provider nearby. The application search feature will account for and filter results based on the earliest availability of services, cost, service rating and location.

Alternatively, users can subscribe to our service through our help centre. They can call to speak with our team and get the required information based on their needs. In this case, a user will need a reliable mobile network.

We will cover the whole of Simdega in our first phase, making it one of a kind and first among any other city across India to implement such a novel concept for employment generation as well as re-building a culture of helping people.

Target Audience

Seekers: Seekers are the ones whose family/friends are in need of the service and they are not able to do it by themselves.

Primary target:

Young male members of the family who have migrated to another city/state for employment
Parents wishing to help young children in another city with limited resources

Users: The people who need help in managing their daily lives

Primary Target:

Elderly parents of migrant workers
Wives and families of migrant workers
Younger siblings going to a new city for studies

Secondary Target:

Individuals in smaller cities who need a solution for everyday work such as repairs, courier, quick delivery etc.
Warriors: Assistance providers who are spread across cities to ensure receivers daily lives are not hindered.
