You would require following to activate customers through Telenor Activation APP:
1. You need to be registered with Telenor as authorized Retail outlet for initiating EKYC activations
2. Access to android based handset with OTG-USB cable
3. Access to registered biometric device whose drivers are supported by Telenor Activation APP
