inPonzio

The inPonzio app is a set of digital tools that make the relationship between Ponzio and the Ponzio Area network and between Ponzio and the user smart.
Specifically, it has the following features:

- SHIPPING MONITORING: the PONZIO AREAS will be able to monitor the transit of incoming shipments in real time. A system notification will alert you to the imminent arrival of the goods in order to organize your workshop to welcome the incoming products.

- ORDER STATUS: the PONZIO AREA will be able to consult the list of orders in progress. For each order it will be possible to consult the summary information and, going into detail, the processing status.

- ALERTS AND NOTIFICATIONS: the PONZIO AREA will receive alerts and communications via push notifications. The inPonzio App will allow you to stay updated in real time on the status of orders, shipments and reserved promotions
