inFormate is a system of communication and management of incidents in urban equipment and citizen participation. It allows citizens to notify directly to the corresponding authorities in real time, various types of incidents, breakdowns or damages that can be found in the locality.

A totally free service with which the citizen contributes to a better functioning of municipal services, providing technicians with the necessary information to maintain the good state of the municipality.

All incidents are recorded, analyzed and sent to the responsible department.

Incident registration is done by geolocation to determine the location of the incident.

The same application includes a section of local news and an agenda of events and municipal activities, a guide of shops and telephone numbers of interest and a section of surveys and suggestions.
