RKI - PMS

RKI-PMS is a web enabled online project management and monitoring system for all the projects funded through Rebuild Kerala Initiatives(RKI). RKI PM System facilitates, to capture the relevant details about a Projects, its various tasks with physical/ financial progress, and tracking the status of implementation lifecycle and generates dynamic, customized reports for RKI PMU and various stakeholders. It also facilitates as an online reporting tool for the Implementing Departments/Agencies to update their progress and implementation issues on time to time with their respective secretaries and RKI Officials and help them for effective decision making process. Thus, providing real time information, the system act as an online project Monitoring tool for the Hon. Ministers, RKI Chef Executives, Secretaries to Government and Higher officials in the Government and Heads of Departments and helps them to improves their project management and implementation process. Currently the system tracks the implementation life cycle of all projects, tasks and sub tasks funded through RKI. The district level implementation and monitoring of the projects by various departments and agencies are also been monitored through this system. RKI PMS is backed up with an integrated MIS and analytics dashboard, which gives a single window information for all the projects handled by RKI. The project is initiated by Rebuild Kerala Initiatives (RKI) and the system has been designed, developed and implemented by Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management- Kerala (IIITM-K).
