Horus HUB

Horus HUB is an app that allows you to connect with the appointment diary of your General Practitioner or Pediatrician of reference and manage, directly from your phone or PC, reservations, requests for repetitive medication recipes, access to 'clinic, etc.
It also allows, after registering on the dedicated portal, to get in touch with Medical Specialists, Pharmacies and Companies in the Health sector that have an agreement to receive exclusive promotional services reserved for Horus HUB users.
Horus HUB allows you to book and manage the queue to access the video consultations of your doctor if this becomes available and is equipped with an innovative system that eliminates queues because it informs you with appropriate notifications by estimating the waiting time and indicating your position with respect to the queue . At the right moment, the system informs with a notification on the telephone that it is about to enter for the visit or to participate in the video consultation.
Before downloading the app, find out if your doctor or pediatrician uses the Horus HUB solution. If so, request and then enter the password to activate the connection. To obtain an Account with which to receive any proxies or simply to access the promotional area dedicated to Health, it is necessary to connect to the site and register.

The patient has the possibility directly from the App to:
• make an appointment on the agenda at the times defined by the doctor or pediatrician
• book for a video consultation
• requesting prescriptions for repetitive drugs
• check the status of requests made to the doctor or pediatrician

• activate the proxy for the management of dependent family members or elderly parents from the same account
• get a confirmation message at the time of booking
• receive a reminder message two hours after the visit
• see in real time the minutes left until the visit
• receive an instant message that it's time to join
