The Holst family has been selling its agricultural products from Hof ​​Bimöhlen directly to the customer since 1960. What began small has grown into a regional specialist for fresh poultry, game, angler's saddle boar, lamb, beef and eggs.
The farm Bimöhlen stands for animal welfare and highest quality. As examples may be mentioned: the geese in the meadows around the yard or the small herd of angler-saddle-pigs, which are kept on straw in an appropriate manner. Due to our special forms of keeping and old animal breeds, it still tastes like it used to!
In our butchery is still produced according to old home recipes and so regional specialties prepared. The assortment ranges from fresh meats and sausages and salads to ready-made dishes.
You can shop directly in the farm shop of the farm or visit us at the weekly markets. On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday we can be found in Hamburg Eidelstedt at the ZOB and on Wednesday and Saturday at the weekly market in Hamburg-Flottbek in the Osdorfer Landstraße.
