HITPA Investigation

Claims Investigation is the process through which an insurance company or the examiner obtains necessary information to evaluate a claim.

Mobile application used for on-field activities can capture data and audio – visuals relevant to the on-field activity and transmit to the requestor on a real-time basis.

The user can transmit to the requestor a report and all the relevant documents related to the case on real-time basis. This app also enables the investigator to work in offline mode to save the data for future submission.
