Not happy with your order? Return within 30 days
If your order didn't work out, don't stress! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items to Hello Molly. To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following requirements:

Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition, and free of stains and scents
All tags must be included and attached to your items
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox

If you choose to return your items, a $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You should also note that some items are not returnable, including final sale items, intimates, hair accessories, earrings, personal massagers, and beauty products.
