Helix

The Helix mobile app is for patients of the Helix Mobile Wellness and Research institution. Patients who would like to subscribe to our mobile services are welcome to download our app. Our mobile services specialize in balancing people’s hormone and vitamin levels, with all services coordinated over the Helix mobile app. Helix is also a mobile service, offering visits to your home or office, so you don’t have to spend a day at any medical offices.
The Helix app is free to download. First-time users who are interested in enrolling in either vitamin or hormone balancing should purchase our “Get Started” mobile service, which includes a comprehensive hormone and vitamin blood test panel, as well as a mobile visit with our medical team. Users must register in order to purchase the “Get Started” mobile service. Helix is currently available throughout most of California. Service will be coming to more cities soon.
To get started, follow these steps:
1. Download the Helix app to your device.
2. Open the app and register for Helix.
3. When you land on the mapping screen, select the service you would like to purchase from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
4. If you are interested in subscribing to our monthly hormone or vitamin balance service, please select the “Get Started” mobile service.
5. Press the black bar in the middle of your window that says “PRESS TO BUY SERVICE ABOVE.” You will now choose the location of where you would like our medical team to visit you, or you could choose to visit our office.
6. Our medical team will arrive that same day to a location of your choosing. We are open from 10 AM to 7 PM.
