The TLP Mobilités - HANDIBUS service is a transport service by reservation in the territory of the Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées Urban Community.

Access to the TLP Mobilités – HANDIBUS service is open to people holding a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) issued by the MDPH, whose disability rate is greater than or equal to 80%. This service requires the creation of a prior registration file with TLP Mobilités.
