In collaboration with Tiziano Casillo, teacher for training courses at the Ascom academy of taste and specialist in yeasts and flours, we have created exclusive recipes for both the "classic" multi-grain dough and for the certified and guaranteed wholemeal one.
We only select suppliers who, like us, have chosen excellence, looking for the best products, preferably of local origin.
In our artisan laboratory we work daily to ensure the highest quality ingredients for each pizzeria in the group.
