In a simple and efficient way, it is possible to access property contracts, check the financial transactions, download a second copy of updated bills, request services and monitor the progress of requests.

The Client Area application makes the following areas available:

- My properties: information about each property according to code, purpose, type and value negotiated.

- Contracts: information about all contracts

- Boleto: option to accompany the boletos already issued and generate a second copy.

- Request services: request for repair services to the property and monitor the progress of the request.

- Request for property repair services, sending photos regarding the request
