If you allow it, we may also collect location data to facilitate home visit appointments. Additionally, we automatically collect certain device and usage data, such as your IP address, device type, app activity, and session durations to enhance your experience and improve our services. However, we do not track unnecessary information, sell user data, or share personal details with third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is our priority, and all data collection is done transparently, with your consent.
We use this information strictly to provide and improve our services, such as facilitating calls, verifying accounts, processing payments, and ensuring security.
