G-DOCS is a native app designed for, but not exclusive to, Social Housing organisations. Housing associations. Facility Management, Electrical and Gas installation and maintenance companies. Includes unique set of features including predesigned 18 Electrical. 6 Gas. 5 RAM’s. Hazard. Danger. Site report. Breakage. Heath and safety. All documents can be individually adapted to a specific organisations needs. Subscriber organisations can design and add their own forms or request DGMC form building service.

Designed to enable organisations to collect compliant data from operatives in the field. Authorised Data Recipients can access records via Data Access Portal or extract data/reports via Data Access APIs. Data can then be integrated into client systems, emailed, printed in most formats. Built for both iOS and Android platforms. Additional feature sets have been added for version 4.7.4 (G-DOCS ) this includes validation and circuit layout charts and preview orientation, barcode data base, unique number referencing code, auto sync.
