FruitAI is free and uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically count fruits in photos taken of your fruit trees, bins, boxes, and gondolas.

Target audience: growers, nursery operators, traders, fruit importers/exporters, juice industries, agricultural associations and cooperatives, agricultural insurance companies, agricultural research institutes, municipal and state agricultural departments, governmental institutions, and agricultural ministries of any country.

Simply take photos of your fruit-bearing trees and it will count them automatically for you.

The goal is to help you monitor the productivity of your crop. To have an idea of the amount of fruit present in your orchard, whether you will have fewer or more fruits this year. In practice, it eliminates the subjectivity in the counts made by experts responsible for crop forecasting. Typically, the technical manager walks through the farms and their plots just "looking" and making a mental count of the fruit load he "thinks" the trees have and in the end gives an average number of fruits per tree and how much will be harvested in the plot, which is very subjective.

FruitAI eliminates the subjectivity in the counting of visible fruits as it shows how many fruits are in the photos taken of fruit-bearing plants scientifically, i.e.: photos with fruits counted automatically by our unique Artificial Intelligence system, all recorded to avoid mistakes. Thus, the user has a number that was obtained automatically through Artificial Intelligence. Everything is recorded on your smartphone!

Completely free, without any restrictions. Step-by-step:

You create a farm or location from where you will take the photos, just by indicating a name and a location.
Within the farm or location, you create a plot or specification of the place that will contain all your taken photos. For this, FruitAI will ask for a name of the place, a brief description, the number of trees in the plot/location where you will take the photos, which fruit will be counted, and what variety/type of this fruit.
Within each plot/location, you simply start taking photos or adding them from your gallery or Google Photos.
And so on adding as many photos as you want, there are no limits
FruitAI does the fruit counts automatically and you don't need to wait for the count of each photo. Everything is automatic.
After counting the fruits from the photo, FruitAI records this photo with the counts for your checking. It displays all your photos in an organized manner.
You can fine-tune the count if necessary.
FruitAI works offline in the field, without an internet signal. You only need internet the first time you use it after installation.
All the photos you took in the field will automatically appear over Google Maps (only when you have an internet signal). This way you can geographically track where your photos (samples) were taken in the field.
Automatically displays a heat map that identifies where there are more or fewer fruits in the location where the photos were taken.
FruitAI allows you to view the data from automatic counts over Google Maps (only when you have an internet signal).
It's not about the precision of crop forecasting but rather a tool that records the quantity of fruits automatically in a simple, practical, easy, and cost-free manner. It quantifies what you have most valuable on your farm: your fruits. This measure is direct. If the counts show that there are few fruits then you will harvest few fruits, if there are more fruits you will harvest more. The precision is up to you!
