Focus Bear: AuDHD routines APP
The app helps boost productivity by managing distractions, building routines and assisting with punctuality. Our app works across Mac, Windows, iOS and Android and uses AI to detect whether a website is relevant for the work at hand. If the site/app isn't relevant (e.g. checking the news during the workday), we block it and let the user view an AI generated low dopamine version of the content if they need to. Focus Bear also upregulates focus by guiding users through a morning routine typically involving mindfulness and exercise. Research shows that exercise and meditation both profoundly improve concentration especially for people with ADHD. Finally our app helps avoid being late to meetings through a feature "Late No More" which provides high intensity notifications (initially visual and then spoken).
