These programs have been developed by expert trainers to provide you with a range of workouts to get started and also progress your training. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, or get more targeted with your training, there is a program for you.
- Access a library of workout plans with video instructions from beginner to advanced.
- Choose from a range of goals including Lose Weight, Tone, Build Muscle, ABT, and Mobility.
- Build a customised plan based around the days you prefer to exercise.
- Never miss a workout by getting reminders the night before your scheduled workout.
- Track your workout progress across individual exercises, workouts, and levels.
- View a summary of how you performed at the end of each plan.
Work out on demand
Train in the gym or at home with a collection of on demand equipment free workouts and group classes.
- Challenge yourself to a range of guided bodyweight workouts for a variety of fitness levels. Choose from a range of workouts that target full body or focus on areas like the Upper or Lower body.
- Power up your fitness with a range of motivating classes using either only bodyweight, or readily available gym equipment. Select from a range of Aerobics, HIIT, Core, Barbell, Dumbbell and Kettlebell classes.
