Field Agent

Field Agent is a data collection tool customized for food cooling systems and store equipment.
We developed this smartphone app that can be used as a quality assurance tool and as data collection tool focused on our customers store inventory. Service personal while being on site can enter energy and carbon relevant data on the technical equipment of markets in an easy, intuitive and fast way via photos and multiple-choice queries. Step by step a complete and tailored overview is generated. This provides our clients with a clearly arranged overview over what they are responsible for managing. All data generated this way is stored, matched with other data and visualized not only in the app itself but also in our data platform Store Agent.
