FICSO

The FICSO first edition will be held on 12, 13, 14 and 15 October 2017 in the municipality Relief Santander CO.

The purpose of the festival is to develop cultural and outreach programs that encourage knowledge of cinema and the arts in general, creating their own scenarios to sensitize the population to the different artistic and leisure activities and developments; in particular, rescue, recovery, preservation and dissemination of historical, cultural and audiovisual heritage; , Contributing to the cultural and economic development of the town, seeing its identity and exchange of ideas.
