The vision behind Famile Care app is to digitally secure your family health history. This healthcare app is completely free and ready to help families, save their valuable medical records digitally, with them forever.
Just click the photo of your doctor’s prescription and upload it to the app, we will then convert it from your handwritten prescription to digital data very precisely.

documents with your doctor in a few clicks. If you like you can also share
originally scanned document.

You can create separate profiles of your family members and upload their medical documents respectively. We will arrange all the health records chronologically on your timeline for easy and all-time access.

✔️ Analyze your medical trends
You will be provided with a dashboard where you can analyze your medical trends, like your doctor’s visit. These trends are generated on the basis of your uploaded records.

● Going through Famile Care:

1) Profile Creation and setup
After successful installation, use your active mobile number to log in.
Go to the profile tab, here you can fill in the basic details required, and edit profiles in the future.

2) Creating Profiles of your Family Members
Click on the Camera icon at the bottom right corner, you will be presented with “+Add New Member”. Fill out the details required, you can edit the profiles of other members from the Profile Tab.

3) Uploading Documents
Click on Camera Icon, choose the profile to which you like to upload documents, now you can either upload from your gallery/phone storage or you can open the camera and directly click photo and upload.

4) Timeline
The documents you uploaded will be arranged chronologically and displayed on your timeline.

5) Dashboard
Your dashboard will be created/updated within 24 hrs after you upload documents.
Here, you will be provided with a chart, where you can track visits to your doctors over a period of time.

6) Sharing Documents
You can share your documents through a link or QR code which will be provided to you within the application.
