FaceAtt - Bilkent Attendance M

FaceAtt streamlines the attendance-taking process, saves paper and causes fewer in-class distractions by offering instructors and teaching assistants a mobile app where they can view their students’ attendance records and take attendance either automatically or manually.

FaceAtt is fully integrated with AIRS and automatically retrieves the student list and their attendance records upon login. The highlight of FaceAtt, automatic attendance, allows instructors to take a photo of the class and then have the app automatically mark each student in the room as present via facial recognition and upload the form to AIRS. The app learns the students’ faces over time, so as the instructor continues to use FaceAtt, the recognition process improves. Instructors who prefer the traditional way of ticking each student present manually can do so as well and have the app automatically create the form and upload it to AIRS.
