Stories may contain Videos , Audio , Images and Document. this application can be use by three type of users
1.Reporter
2.Supervisor
3.Bureau Chief

Reporter can make stories and make version of own stories and view them
Supervisor can make stories and also see reporters stories
While Bureau Chief can see all stories
