About Everydaily

Speed of life is increasing, and many people experience high work demands, resulting in stress and health complaints. Recovery during free time can buffer the harmful effects of a demanding working life. The smartphone app “Everydaily” is designed to help you to improve recovery from work stress during leisure time. Everydaily encourages and supports you to engage in small daily activities that boost your well-being. Everydaily offers you:

- 3 daily suggestions for different activities that promote well-being
- an online diary to store your daily memories and experiences (texts and photos)
- daily surveys to help you track your recovery and well-being
- gamified elements that make the app fun to use (e.g., a personalized avatar reflecting your mood, collecting points and winning elements for your personal recovery space)

Everydaily was constructed by a team of psychologists from TampereUniversity (Finland), University of Groningen (Netherlands), Leuphana University Lüneburg and University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck.
