Espy - Task Manager

Espy is a Task Manager app that can help you stay organized and manage your day-to-day activities quickly and effectively. You can create tasks, to-do lists, events and set reminders to receive notification alerts for the same. By using Espy, you won’t need to remember everything. Just add your task to Espy and it will take care of the rest.

Espy features:

TASK MANAGER -
Plan out daily activities and create today’s and tomorrow's schedules. Simply create a new task, select time and date of reminder, add additional notes and let Espy handle the rest of the work.

TODO LISTS -
Create To-do lists for any purpose. Mark your to-dos as completed if you get the work done before time.

REPEATING TASKS -
Create tasks that can repeat daily, weekly or monthly to increase your productivity and always be on schedule.

REMINDERS -
Espy can send you reminders whenever a task will be due. You can choose whether to Dismiss or Snooze the task with custom snooze duration. If you don’t have time to complete the task, simply reschedule at a different time. In short, you can have full control over your tasks.

FOCUSED TIMER -
Create Timer tasks so as to make sure to complete your task in a specified period of time. On receiving the reminder, you can select your task duration and begin the task. Focused timer starts a timer and alerts whenever the timer duration has completed. Additionally, you can also pause/resume your task, extend the time, or reschedule the task completely.

EDIT AND DELETE TASKS -
Edit your tasks, timings, dates, notes, etc. as per the requirement, or simply delete your tasks if they are no longer required.

MIDNIGHT SCHEDULE UPDATING -
Espy updates your task space every midnight by automatically deleting all completed tasks and help in better organization of your task space.

TASK INVITES -
Involve friends and colleagues in your tasks by sending them Task Invites. Add members while creating a specific task along with a custom message. Once the task is created, a task invite will be sent to all selected members. The recipients also have an option to add this task directly in their respective task space.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR SETTINGS -
Customize the Espy Task Manager app by adjusting the settings as per your requirements. Choose between Light and Dark theme user interfaces. You can also adjust default snooze and timer durations, and select custom ringtones for reminders.

PREVIEW ALL TASKS -
Have an overall look at all your tasks currently in your task space. You can select between today, tomorrow, custom, repeating and timer tasks and edit your screen to preview only those tasks.

DOWNLOAD SCHEDULE -
Use this feature to share your daily schedule with your friends and colleagues by simply downloading your schedule in PDF format. You can select between today, tomorrow, custom, repeating and timer tasks to display only those tasks in your downloaded file.
