While grades and other educational outcomes (graduating from grade to grade, securing scholarships for expensive higher education, securing a well-paying and meaningful job, etc) are important and meaningful motivators for many learners, we believe that associating learning experiences with missions that impact others first will help to reinforce the value and import of the lessons we seek to instill in Eru learners.
