The ENPORT app is an app to support the lives of foreign nationals working in Japan.


What you can do with this application?

•ENPORT Mobile
- Apply for a contract or change a plan for a SIM card or wifi device.
- Check the contract details and billing amount.
- Check data traffic.

•ENPORT Estate
- Apply to guarantee your identity at Will Group when you move into a rental property.(*1)

•Chat
- Answering problems in life in Japan.(*2)

We will examine whether or not to guarantee your identity based on Will Group's own examination criteria.
If the examination is OK, we will support you until the property you move in is decided.

Chat is a one-on-one format with ENPORT staff.
The following languages are supported: Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified), Indonesian, Vietnamese, Burmese.


•Precautions when using
- To use the ENPORT service, you need to register as a member and present your identity verification documents.
You can use your passport or residence card for identity verification documents.
- ENPORT membership registration itself is free, but if you subscribe to the Mobile service or Estate service, you will be required to pay the amount according to the contract details.
We accept credit cards and convenience store payments.
