Energetika Ljubljana – TE-TOL

In Energetika Ljubljana TE-TOL units, the largest in the heating cogeneration of heat and electricity in Slovenia.

Manufacturing
By firewood heat generated by the TE-TOL units, we supply more than 90% of the needs in the district heating system of Ljubljana. The electricity produced satisfy the needs of 3% in Slovenia. For power generation using more environmentally acceptable Indonesian brown coal, which contains less than 0.1% sulfur, and only 1-3% ash, and wood chips. From a renewable energy source produced 15% of electricity and heat.
We also produce process steam and distilled water and provide ancillary services for the electro-energy system of Slovenia. In accredited laboratory for fuel and for external clients perform quality analysis of coal and solid biofuels.

Measurements of air quality unit TE-TOL carried out under the monitoring of ambient air locations Zadobrova, Vnajnarje, Cain Street Bežigrad in Ljubljana.
Set of measured parameters of ambient air quality automatic monitoring stations that can be viewed in the app are: sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ozone (O3), particulate matter (PM10)

Energy from renewable sources
In TE-TOL units about 15% of energy produced from renewable energy source - wood chips.
With the help of mobile applications suppliers of wood chips monitor the logistical planning of deliveries.
