EiNi APP
The need for tobacco / snus is occasional and lasts only few minutes at a time. EiNi includes short activities designed to distract thoughts from smoking / using snus. Thus, it helps to resist craving. Activities are related to relaxation, exercise and feelings. The app also has a mini game and a clock that tells you how long you have been without nicotine. In addition, the app presents Finnish organizations that provide additional support for beating nicotine addiction.
